WHY WE HAVE A STRICT CANCELLATION POLICY
FOR THE PROTECTION OF OUR GUESTS…
Given the demand for appointments, we enforce our policy to protect those who are eagerly waiting for their opportunity for an appointment.
FOR THE PROTECTION OF OUR STYLISTS…
We love getting to be a part of the beauty industry! The service industry is a cool thing to be a part of. However, sometimes there is a lack of respect of the service provider's time. Our stylists provide for themselves & their families by taking care of the guests in the salon at their scheduled appointment time. If a guest doesn't show up for their appointment or cancels with little notice, this doesn't leave the opportunity for our stylists to book another appointment. When this happens, our team experiences a loss of income affecting them financially.
IN THE EVENT THAT YOU NEED TO CANCEL, OR MAKE ANY CHANGES TO YOUR APPOINTMENT, PLEASE BE SURE TO GIVE US A MINIMUM OF 48-HOUR NOTICE. THIS ALLOWS OTHER GUESTS TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT DURING THIS TIME SLOT.
ANY APPOINTMENTS THAT ARE CANCELED WITH LESS THAN A 48-HOUR NOTICE ARE SUBJECT TO A CANCELLATION FEE OF 50% OF THE SCHEDULED SERVICE(S). CANCELLATION NOTICES MUST BE GIVEN EARLIER FOR SOME SERVICES SUCH AS BRIDAL PACKAGES, OR COLOR CORRECTIONS. ANY APPOINTMENTS THAT ARE CANCELED
AFTER 24 HOURS, OR NO-SHOW WILL BE SUBJECT TO 100% OF ALL SCHEDULED SERVICE(S).
WE DO REQUIRE THAT A CREDIT/DEBIT CARD BE PLACED ON FILE TO RESERVE ANY APPOINTMENTS TO ENSURE THE PROTECTION OF OTHER GUESTS AND OUR STYLISTS.
WE UNDERSTAND THAT ACCIDENTS HAPPEN, AND THAT EMERGENCIES DO OCCUR. WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO ACCOMMODATE THESE RARE OCCASIONS WITH GRACE. UNFORTUNATELY, WE DO RECORD THESE OCCURRENCES SO AS TO PREVENT ABUSE OF THIS POLICY.
WE GREATLY APPRECIATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING!
DEPOSIT
We require a $50.00, non-refundable deposit for ALL color services & other general appointments. This deposit will go towards your color reservation.
RETURN POLICY
We value your satisfaction when it comes to the products you take home. If you do not fall in love with our products, there is a 7 day return period. We will refund you for the product if less than 1/4 of the product has been used. Hot tools can be returned within the 7 day period as well. We do require that it is returned in its original packaging, and the packaging must be in the same condition as when you purchased it.

ALL gift card sales are final and non-refundable.
