Hi babes! Mandy here! With the support of my husband, Shane, I entered the hairdressing world in 2002. From the time I was a little girl I knew this was my calling. Being surrounded by brothers & raised by my dad (something I am sooo proud of) I was blown away when first introduced to a curling iron!
What I didn’t know is that I would open a salon home that would be a staple in Central AR for years to come.
My purpose in this industry has naturally evolved…Not only do I LOVE beautiful, healthy hair (God knows I do)- I have a passion for elevating the beauty industry for stylists!
I want to encourage others to DREAM BIG, let us guide you along the way & then go for it! I LOVE breaking barriers & doing the unexpected! I love being a part of new ways of thinking in our industry!.
Our team even has the opportunity to opt in to health care benefits as well as vacation pay which is essentialy unheard of in this industry. My life consists of 2 stinky boys, designing homes with my hubby, continuously planning a trip (where next!?) & experiencing nature in all its forms. & please. GIVE ME ALL THE SUNSHINE.

Hi friends! I’m Liz, a stylist & color specialist here at Swank! I have been a stylist since 2017 & it is my PASSION.
My mission with every guest is to help them see the potential MAGIC that their hair holds! My specialty is vivids, color corrections, all kinds of layered haircuts (give me all the shags) while educating my clients on the specific needs of their hair.
Outside of the salon you will find me hanging with my pup, being a gym rat, & spending time with my fam! Can’t wait to meet you!

I not only get to express my passion through my creativity with hair, but am a mentor to up and coming stylists who join our fam! Education is one of my biggest passions in the industry, it’s SO rewarding teaching others and watching them succeed!

Hi! I'm Bailey! I'm a Georgia peach but moved to Arkansas September 2021! I'm a hairstylist and mentor here at Swank and love all things blonding and extensions!
I'm certified in Hand-tied and tape-in extensions as well as Brazilian Blowout & Keratin Complex Treatments..
In the salon, I am a girls' gal, but when I am not behind the chair you can find me hanging out with my husband and our baby boy Weston in our garden! My fur babies are a Husky named Luna, Huck an Australian Shepherd, and a cat named Finn! If you love all things GLAM, i am your girl!

Within our Swank space, we draw our inspiration from the beauty that God created around us. From partnering only with brands that use botanically based ingredients in our care & styling lines as well as our products used for coloring & treating hair….to the lively plants we fill our studio with, our creative hearts, all the way to how we promote our stylists within our company.
Gemstones are insanely unique & beautiful. Each with their own components that make them individually what they were created to be. Reflecting light, color, energy & beauty all around them.
For this reason, as a stylist advances in their journey, they are given a gemstone as a musing for their position within Swank.
The following is a brief description of each gemstone as well as their level of experience, education, & demand.
Pearl: The pearl symbolizes purity and innocence. This stylist is within our associate program or in transition to becoming an artist stylist.
Ruby: Rubies have forever been considered the stones of love, passion, energy, and power. A ruby stylist has less than 5 years experience; however, ignites the energy & passion for creating beautiful artistry while building lasting relationships with their Swank guests.
Opal: Opals can have a fiery play-of-color or be translucent displaying all that lies beneath. Opal symbolizes love or passion which is perfect for this stylist. An opal stylist has 5+ years experience. Reflects the love & passion for this industry while creating amazing works of art. An Opal Stylist is a mentor & leader within our salon space.
Sapphire: This gemstone symbolizes & inspires-creative expression & intuition. A Sapphire stylist has years of experience leading to intuition as their guide. A Sapphire Stylist has found their niche in the beauty industry & has a passion for it all. A Sapphire Stylist is a mentor & leader within our salon space.
Platinum: Platinum is the rarest and most expensive of the popular precious metals. A Platinum Stylist has committed themselves to this industry, their Swank family, & their guests. The drive for advanced education & consistency in all areas of their career has created massive success for their artistry. A Platinum Stylist is a mentor & leader within our salon space.
Emerald: Emerald symbolizes eloquence & foresight & is often known to cut through all illusions. The Emerald stylist at Swank exudes such confidence & knowledge only years of experience can offer. This stylist is highly sought after & is sure to create hair you will love. Our Emerald Stylist is a mentor & leader within our small space.
Diamond: Diamonds, the king of the gemstones, are a symbol of charisma known for their strength & beauty which is the same for a Diamond Stylist at Swank. This stylist is committed, passionate, loyal, & PHENOMENAL as an artist within the beauty industry. A Diamond Stylist is an mentor & leader within our salon space.
